(研究所碩士班 )【第113學年第2學期:B班】<br>Production and Operation Management involves the integration of numerous activities and processes to produce products and services in a highly competitive global environment. This course has been designed to teach the students various aspects of production/operations planning and control. First, the demand must be forecast and that forecast translated into plan and schedule for production. Material must be acquired and inventory levels carefully controlled to be sure they are appropriate. In manufacturing firms, this means tracking all the material components that that go in to finished products, and insuring there is enough capacity to accomplish the planned work.
